Measure the fryer’s usable width, depth and height before buying. If you are still choosing an appliance, compare the best Ninja air fryers.
A tray that fits an oven rack may be too large for a drawer basket, and a deep basket can reduce the flat space available for cookies. If you are comparing basket models, see Ninja vs Cosori air fryers.

How we chose cookie trays that fit air fryers
The best air fryer cookie trays are the ones whose shape and outside measurements match the appliance. If a Bella model is on your shortlist, see Bella air fryer reviews.
We compared dimensions, materials, included pieces and care instructions, with a focus on size and stated oven compatibility.
A tray’s overall dimensions matter most when checking clearance. Flat cookie sheets, raised baskets and deeper pans serve different baking jobs.
Our score weighs specs, features and buyer feedback against what you’re shopping for.
If you’re choosing cookware for broader baking needs, compare a Best Air Fryer Baking Dish with a tray. A round pan can work better for cakes; see our Best Air Fryer Cake Pan guide.

The best air fryer cookie trays by fit and use
SS&CC’s pans are the most compact flat sheets in this group, while Nordic Ware and Gotham Steel need a roomy oven-style fryer. For oven-style choices, compare the best Chefman air fryers.
Check each tray’s dimensions against your appliance before choosing.
Nordic Ware Oven Crisp Baking Tray 2pc: Best for crisping and baking
- Pan and rack included
- 17 x 12 in cooking surface
- Formed aluminum pan
- Rack raises food for airflow
The pan and raised rack suit roomy air fryer ovens that can fit a half-sheet-sized tray. Check the full dimensions and hand-wash care before choosing it.
Pros
- Rack raises food for airflow
- Pan catches drippings
- Useful for baking, crisping and broiling
Cons
- Too large for many basket-style air fryers
- Hand wash only
The Nordic Ware set pairs a formed aluminum pan with a raised, nonstick coated steel rack. Its 17 x 12 in cooking surface is generous for cookies, vegetables and other foods, but the overall tray measures 17.4 x 12.7 x 1.6 in.
The rack lifts food above the pan so hot air can circulate underneath. The pan catches drippings and is made for crisping and baking.
The pan conducts heat rapidly and evenly. It is hand wash only, and acidic foods such as vinegar or tomato products may darken, pit or corrode the aluminum after prolonged contact.
Choose it when your appliance has a broad rack and you want a pan-and-rack setup. For cookies in a small drawer fryer, consider a smaller sheet.
GOTHAM STEEL Air Fryer Basket For Oven: Best for oven-style air frying
- Basket and baking sheet included
- 16.5 x 12.5 in size
- Aluminum with nonstick copper coating
- Dishwasher safe
This two-piece set suits a large convection oven or air fryer oven rather than a small drawer basket. Its raised basket and matching sheet provide a crisping setup.
Pros
- Two-piece basket and sheet set
- Dishwasher safe
- For baking, roasting and crisping
Cons
- Large footprint needs careful clearance checks
- Not a small cookie sheet
GOTHAM STEEL’s set includes an air fryer basket and baking sheet, sized for an oven rather than a typical pull-out basket. At 16.5 x 12.5 in, it needs an air fryer oven with enough rack space.
The raised basket lets convection heat reach food, while the sheet below provides a surface to catch drips. The set is for baking, frying, roasting and crisping, so it can handle jobs beyond cookies.
The set is made from aluminum with a nonstick copper coating and is dishwasher safe. Measure the inside of the oven, including any rails or walls that may limit insertion.
Consider it if you need a two-piece crisper arrangement in an oven-style appliance. For cookie baking, confirm that the flat sheet fits your model and leaves room for airflow.
COWHERDING Air Fryer Tray Replacement for Cuisinart: Best for compatible Cuisinart ovens
- Pan measures 12.4 x 11 in
- Basket rack measures 11.5 x 10 x 2 in
- Stainless steel
- Designed for Cuisinart TOA-60, TOA-65 and TOA-70
This replacement set pairs a baking pan with a mesh basket for named Cuisinart toaster oven air fryer models. Compare the pan and basket measurements with your oven before ordering.
Pros
- Designed for TOA-60, TOA-65 and TOA-70
- Pan and basket included
- Mesh basket supports airflow
Cons
- Fit is model-specific
- Confirm both pieces fit your oven
The COWHERDING replacement set is designed for Cuisinart TOA-60, TOA-65 and TOA-70 toaster oven air fryers. Its pan measures 12.4 x 11 in, and the mesh basket is 11.5 x 10 x 2 in.
That pair offers a flat pan and a raised basket. The stainless steel parts are described as dishwasher safe, though the care instructions also recommend hand washing and drying thoroughly for longer life.
For cookies, the pan is the more relevant piece because it provides a flat baking surface. Check your model’s interior dimensions and rack position before buying.
This set suits buyers who need replacement pieces for one of those compatible models. Check compatibility if you have a different oven.
BSDLZCH 6.89 inches Air Fryer Cake Pan: Best for small round bakes
- 6.89 in diameter
- 2.76 in high
- Carbon steel
- Nonstick coating and lifting handle
This compact pan is intended for cakes and other small bakes rather than flat batches of cookies. Its 6.89 in diameter makes it a candidate for a small air fryer with enough height.
Pros
- Compact diameter
- Lifting handle
- Nonstick coating
Cons
- Round shape limits flat cookie space
- Measure the air fryer’s height and width
The BSDLZCH pan has a 6.89 in diameter and stands 2.76 in high. Its deep shape suits cakes and other small bakes better than flat batches of cookies.
The pan is made from carbon steel with a nonstick coating. It has a lifting handle for carrying.
The brand describes it for cakes, bread, pizza, biscuits, chips, chicken rice and vegetables. Its narrow, round base limits how many cookies can sit flat at once.
Choose this if your air fryer needs a small round pan for varied baking. For cookies, a rectangular sheet provides more usable surface.
SS&CC Little Small Baking Sheets Nonstick Set: Best for small cookie batches
- Two pans included
- Outside size 9.5 x 7.1 x 0.8 in
- Usable inside size 7.5 x 6 x 0.5 in
- Carbon steel
These small pans suit a few cookies or other compact portions, with two sheets in the set. Use the outside dimensions to check air fryer clearance and the inside dimensions to estimate baking space.
Pros
- Small footprint
- Two pans included
- Dishwasher safe
Cons
- Limited usable baking area
- Measure the full outside size
SS&CC’s two small sheets suit a few cookies or a small portion. Each measures 9.5 x 7.1 x 0.8 in on the outside, while the usable interior is 7.5 x 6 x 0.5 in.
Compare the outside size with the fryer opening, then use the smaller interior measurement to estimate how much cookie dough will fit.
The pans are made from carbon steel and have a nonstick finish. They’re described as dishwasher safe, and their small format also suits toaster ovens and small portions in conventional ovens.
Pick these when compact size matters more than baking a full batch at once. The two-pan set gives you another sheet to prepare while the first batch cooks.
Bakken- Swiss Bakken Swiss Air Fryer Tray: Best for a raised crisper basket
- Tray and raised basket
- Basket measures 13.78 x 8.86 x 2.17 in
- Carbon steel
- Dishwasher safe
The raised basket and tray suit buyers who want room for airflow around food in an oven-style air fryer. Its footprint is larger than a small cookie sheet, so check the oven cavity first.
Pros
- Basket and tray included
- Raised basket supports airflow
- Dishwasher safe
Cons
- Not intended for compact drawer baskets
- Two component sizes to check
Bakken Swiss pairs a baking tray with a raised mesh basket. The basket measures 13.78 x 8.86 x 2.17 in, and the tray measures 12.8 x 9.65 x 0.79 in.
The raised basket is designed to promote airflow around food, while the tray can catch drips. The set is dishwasher safe and described for ovens, but its size calls for checking the air fryer oven cavity.
For cookies, focus on the tray dimensions rather than the basket height. Check whether the tray fits your rack with room to slide out and whether your oven manual allows this accessory.
Choose it if you want a raised crisping basket and a matching tray for different foods. For a dedicated cookie sheet, the smaller SS&CC pans are easier to fit.
Emeril Lagasse 5-Piece Air Fryer Baking Set: Best for a matched oven set
- Large and small baking trays
- Bread pan and 6-cup muffin pan
- Grill rack
- Designed for Emeril Lagasse air fryer ovens
This five-piece set covers more than cookies, but the stated fit is for Emeril Lagasse air fryer ovens. Check compatibility before choosing it for another brand.
Pros
- Five baking and cooking pieces
- Includes a small baking tray
- Dishwasher safe
Cons
- Designed for Emeril Lagasse ovens
- Individual tray dimensions aren't specified here
The Emeril Lagasse set includes a large baking tray, small baking tray, bread pan, 6-cup muffin pan and grill rack. It is designed for Emeril Lagasse air fryer ovens, including the 26QT French Door Air Fryer Oven.
The small tray may suit cookies, but individual tray dimensions aren't specified here. Confirm compatibility with your oven before choosing this set, especially if you own a different brand.
Its five parts cover more than cookie baking, with options for bread, muffins, vegetables and roasting. The pans are alloy steel, and the set is dishwasher safe.
This set suits owners of a compatible Emeril oven who want several bakeware pieces together. For a single small cookie sheet, choose a tray with stated dimensions.
Lekue Lékué Air Fryer Rectangular Basket: Best for a flexible baking container
- Platinum silicone
- 7.9 x 4.3 x 3.3 in
- Extendable handles
- Drainage grooves
This rectangular silicone basket suits bread, cakes or separated dishes better than a flat cookie sheet. Its handles lower during cooking to save space inside the air fryer.
Pros
- Compact rectangular shape
- Handles lower for cooking
- Suitable for air fryer, oven and dishwasher
Cons
- Deep basket offers less flat cookie area
- Wear protective gloves when removing
The Lékué rectangular basket measures 7.9 x 4.3 x 3.3 in and is made from platinum silicone. Its deep shape and drainage grooves suit bread, cakes and savory dishes better than spreading cookies across a flat sheet.
Extendable handles lift for removal and lower to save space during cooking. The basket is suitable for air fryers, ovens, microwaves, refrigerators and dishwashers.
For cookies, the small flat bottom limits capacity. This container suits compact bakes or separated dishes better than a rimmed cookie tray.
Choose it when you want a compact container for varied baking. If you’re comparing glass cookware too, our best glass air fryer tray guide covers another kind of cooking surface.
WMKGG Set of 2 Toaster Cookie Sheets: Best for rimmed toaster oven trays
- Two pans included
- Outside size 11 x 9 x 1.15 in
- Inside size 10.3 x 8.3 x 1 in
- Carbon steel
These rimmed pans offer more flat area than the smaller SS&CC sheets, but need more room in the air fryer oven. WMKGG advises hand washing to protect the coating.
Pros
- Two pans included
- Rim helps contain juices
- Carbon steel
Cons
- Confirm fit using outside dimensions
- Hand wash advised
WMKGG’s two toaster cookie sheets have an outside size of 11 x 9 x 1.15 in and an inside size of 10.3 x 8.3 x 1 in. Their rimmed edges help contain juices, and the interior provides more cookie space than the SS&CC mini pans.
The carbon steel sheets are oven safe to 400°F. WMKGG advises hand washing to protect the coating, and the pans should cool before washing.
The 11 x 9 in footprint may suit an air fryer oven, but it is too large for many drawer-style fryers. Measure the opening and usable rack area, including the space needed to slide the pan in and out.
Pick this pair when you need more flat area than a compact sheet offers. If you use a Gourmia oven, compare its rack with our best Gourmia air fryer baking pan guide.
What size cookie tray fits an air fryer?
A cookie tray fits when its outside dimensions clear the basket or oven rack and leave room for hot air to move. Measure the usable width and depth, then compare them with the tray’s full outside size.
A drawer-style fryer may need a much smaller sheet than an oven-style model. SS&CC’s pans measure 9.5 x 7.1 in outside, while the Nordic Ware tray is 17.4 x 12.7 in.
Include height in your check if the tray has a rim or sits beneath a heating element. Make sure handles, rails or basket walls do not prevent the tray from sliding into place.
Flat sheets or raised baskets for air fryer cookies?
Flat sheets offer a level surface for cookie dough. Raised baskets expose more of the food to circulating air, which suits crisping but may not work for every cookie shape or dough.
A pan-and-rack set can serve both purposes. Nordic Ware and Gotham Steel include a flat pan or sheet with a raised rack or basket, while SS&CC and WMKGG offer flat sheets.
Follow your air fryer’s manual for cookware placement and airflow. Avoid covering vents or forcing a tray into a space where it rubs against the appliance.
Should you choose a set or one small tray?
A set is useful when you bake different foods or want another tray ready for a second batch. COWHERDING and Bakken Swiss include a pan and basket, while Emeril’s set adds several kinds of bakeware for compatible ovens.
A compact tray can be easier to fit and store. The SS&CC set includes two small sheets.
If cookies are only an occasional bake, start with the smallest flat sheet that fits your fryer. For regular baking projects, compare a broader Best Air Fryer For Baking with your current appliance before buying accessories.
How to choose a cookie tray for your air fryer
The right tray balances clearance, flat baking area and care needs. Start with your appliance measurements, then narrow the choice by the type of baking you plan to do.
- For compact batches: SS&CC has the smallest stated outside dimensions among the flat sheets here.
- For a larger oven-style fryer: Nordic Ware and Gotham Steel provide bigger pan-and-rack setups.
- For a named Cuisinart model: COWHERDING is designed for TOA-60, TOA-65 and TOA-70 ovens.
- For more than cookies: Emeril’s set offers five pieces for compatible Emeril Lagasse air fryer ovens.
- For minimal cleanup: compare care instructions, since some pans are dishwasher safe and others call for hand washing.
Before ordering, check your air fryer manual for approved cookware and maximum tray size. Cookie spacing and bake time may need adjustment for your appliance.
Which air fryer cookie tray should you choose?
Choose the SS&CC sheets if you need a compact flat surface for a few cookies, and consider WMKGG if your oven has room for a wider rimmed pan. For a roomy air fryer oven, Nordic Ware offers a large pan and rack, while COWHERDING is designed for specified Cuisinart models.
Measure the appliance first, including the path the tray takes when you insert and remove it. For cookie-focused appliance options, see our Best Air Fryer For Cookies guide.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if a cookie tray fits my air fryer?
Measure the usable width and depth of the basket or oven rack, then compare them with the tray’s outside dimensions. Leave room for the tray to slide in and out without catching the walls.
For a basket-style fryer, also check whether the tray blocks airflow around the food.
Can I use a regular baking sheet in an air fryer?
Yes, if the sheet fits the appliance and leaves enough room for hot air to move. Small toaster oven sheets may fit some air fryer ovens, but they can be too wide for a drawer basket.
Check the appliance manual for allowed cookware and placement.
Are small cookie trays better for air fryers?
A small tray can be easier to fit and leaves more space around it, but it gives you less baking area per batch. Compare the tray’s outside size with the fryer’s usable space and consider how many cookies you want to bake at once.
Can I use a crisper basket for cookies?
A raised crisper basket is designed for airflow around food, which may not suit every cookie dough. A flat baking sheet with a rim is usually easier to load for cookies; follow your air fryer’s instructions for cookware and airflow.
